After a careful evaluation phase, Vienna-based Bank Gutmann AG (Bank Gutmann) has chosen XENTIS as its central system platform for asset management. The decisive factors in this decision were the high degree of functional coverage, the modern software architecture and the corporate culture of the Profidata Group (Profidata).

XENTIS will be used throughout Bank Gutmann in asset management, the custodian bank and in Gutmann Kapitalanlageaktiengesellschaft in fund management and fund administration. With the integration of the various organisational units, the entire value chain can be mapped in XENTIS from front to back. The XENTIS Front Office is designed for asset analysis, portfolio restructuring, pre-trade compliance checks and order entry. XENTIS also determines fund values, performs reconciliation procedures and limit checks, and supports regulatory reporting and customer reporting. With XENTIS, Bank Gutmann intends to strengthen its system operations, regulatory compliance, interface maintenance and data management. A key milestone, the acquisition and processing of new mandates, in particular umbrella and tranche funds, which ran parallel to the implementation of XENTIS, was achieved on schedule in less than three months at the end of 2012.
