Covenant Capital in Singapore optimises customer services with Profidata

Covenant Capital is an independent asset manager based in Singapore that enables investment professionals to manage their clients' assets more efficiently and effectively – and has chosen Profidata's e-AMIS platform.
Urdorf, 28 June 2019 | The new platform brings additional flexibility and efficiency to investment management and reporting. It equips the Covenant Capital team with the technological infrastructure to offer independent, tailor-made investment advice and seamless family office services, including wealth and succession planning.
"The integration of technology into our offerings is an important pillar of Covenant Capital's ambitious growth strategy, which focuses on a broad range of services tailored to the investment and wealth planning interests of high net worth individuals (HNWIs) and families in Asia. e-AMIS has significantly enhanced our teams' ability to fulfil the role of family/investment office for our clients.
This also includes support from our customer service representatives and advisors, who achieve higher customer satisfaction by optimising customer service processes. Customers with multiple bank accounts can now also comprehensively track asset, geographical and industry risks. Our investment team can also review the allocation of returns and set compliance risk limits more efficiently and effectively," explains Edwin Lee, CEO, Covenant Capital.
"At Profidata in Singapore and at our headquarters in Zurich, we are delighted that e-AMIS, with its broad functionality and high degree of parameterisation, meets the demanding requirements of Covenant Capital. As we have intensified our presence and support for asset managers and family offices in the Asia-Pacific region, we are particularly pleased about the trust placed in us by Covenant Capital and about adding another highly respected, independent asset manager to our Singapore-based client base."
The technology will help Asian asset managers reduce costs and maintain current margins in an environment where investors are shifting to automated solutions¹. The e-AMIS platform enables Covenant Capital to remain at the forefront of this trend and relevant as an asset manager, while focusing on its core task of managing client assets. This is another step towards achieving Covenant Capital's vision of being a catalyst for change in the asset management industry.
