Urdorf, 15 July 2015 | LUKB Expert Fondsleitung AG, a subsidiary of Luzerner Kantonalbank AG (LUKB), has opted for the hosted version XENTIS cloud (Xcloud) from Profidata Group (Profidata). LUKB is another cantonal bank to use XENTIS as its investment management system.

LUKB Expert Fondsleitung AG was convinced of the advantages of Profidata's service offering following an evaluation process. In addition to the technical requirements, it was important for the Lucerne-based fund management company to be able to choose between the on-site and hosted solution (Xcloud) offered by XENTIS. The decisive factor in favour of Xcloud was the simple and standardised access to a best-practice version of XENTIS without having to take over the operational system management. The system is available to LUKB Expert Fondsleitung in a data centre that complies with the requirements of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA. The supply of securities master data and market data to XENTIS is also included in the scope of services provided by Xcloud and is carried out via the interface to SIX Financial Information. XENTIS will take on a central role at LUKB Expert Fondsleitung as the platform for fund administration and accounting. In addition, the monitoring of investment limits and the mapping of regulatory reporting, such as Swiss National Bank statistics, the Key Investor Information Document, the stamp journal and the annual and semi-annual reports, are essential for LUKB in XENTIS.
