Urdorf, 6 August 2018 | The General Meeting of Swiss FinTech provider Profidata Group AG elects Oliver Harth to the Board of Directors.

Oliver Harth, business economist VWA and investment analyst DVFA/CEFA, was elected as a new member of the Board of Directors for the term 2018 to 2020 at the Annual General Meeting of Profidata Group AG on 1 August 2018.

Harth has deep roots in the financial services sector and is very familiar with its requirements, both from a professional and technical perspective. He began his career at Dresdner Bank and then spent 25 years in management positions at Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mbH in Frankfurt am Main, including 15 years as COO. He played a key role in developing the company from a niche KVG to a leading German master KVG in terms of production and technology. He also served on the supervisory board and advisory board of MASTERINVEST Kapitalanlage GmbH and Deutsche Performancemessungsgesellschaft für Wertpapierportfolios mbH and has been a member of various committees of the BVI Bundesverband Investment und Asset Management e.V. (Federal Association of German Investment and Asset Management).
