Roger Wildi will take over as CEO of Profidata AG and Profidata Services AG and their subsidiaries on 1 July 2017.

Christian Widmer, who has successfully led Profidata AG and Profidata Services AG as CEO for 32 years, will focus on his duties as Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of the Profidata Group in the future. In addition to Profidata AG and Profidata Services AG, the group includes the subsidiaries itechx GmbH, abraxas GmbH and Profidata XLab AG. In his new role, Widmer will continue to actively steer and shape the strategic development of the companies. This applies in particular to the future projects of Profidata XLab AG.

Wildi joined Profidata in 1997 and has been a member of the Executive Board of Profidata AG and Profidata Services AG since 1999. His previous role as Head of Professional Services will be taken over by Martin Frolik. Frolik will thus be appointed to the Executive Board of Profidata.
