Marc Widmer becomes Chairman of the Board of Directors
Marc Widmer is the newly appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Profidata Group AG and successor to Christian Widmer.
Zurich, 9 May 2023 | The Profidata Group stands for continuity and long-term goals. This also requires carefully planned succession arrangements. With his official resignation as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Group CEO, Christian Widmer took this step on 18 April 2023 and handed over these responsibilities to his son Marc Widmer. Christian Widmer will remain a full member and shareholder of the Board of Directors. The Group comprises Profidata AG, Profidata Services AG, Profidata Managed Solutions AG and Profidata XLab AG, as well as the subsidiaries itechx GmbH, abraxas GmbH and Arkus Financial Services SA.

Marc Widmer joined Profidata in 2003 and has been a member of the Board of Directors of Profidata Group AG since 2016. He will remain in his operational role as Senior Consultant until further notice.
